the sniper circlet seems to lose crit chance when combined

Feels like the mp and mp regen should be split into 2 different items like hp and hp regen and have the same enchant effects. I have the exp to level skills to where they need mp way beyond what I can afford to lvl the earrings with gold.

Am I supposed to be getting pennywagon when I beat the zone 100 boss?

Currently stuck on the third boss Rizon and he won't go into his vulnerable stage. Might have to do with having the skeleton summons out.
