I named my disease "The Common Cold" and gave it symptoms to match. Cold 3, moisture 2, drug 4, with airborne transmission. Symptoms were coughing, fever, and sneezing. (If you wanna say I'm wrong, go ahead) I honestly didn't expect to do well, but I infected almost the entire world. (Western Europe and Madagascar got away without having to experience the shittiness this is a cold)
