1- A kind of prize(cash,kamicash,young player, xp, etc.) should be given at the end of the each season depending on league-end position 2- there should be a youth academy where we can promote our amateur young players (can be limited to 1 or 2 players each season at most) 3- As heat2 said, there should be more stadium options without paying kamicash.
