Similar issue to what @moorsy said: if you drag an end point over the options in the top right corner, you can then place it wherever you want.

If you gain enough experience to level up twice, you only level once and get stuck at some exp percentage over 100 (until you gain more exp, in which case you level up immediately). Is this intended, or just a bug?
