How do you get Bloody Hell in-game trophies?

Guys. This is one of those games that you know is going to get badges. The copy/paste spam isn't helping.

I could have all badges by spam kicking (since I suck at this), but it would take x3 as long.

Could go with being shorter. Espcially ( I spelled that wrong didn't I? ) knowing that is says FIRST CHAPTER - The Forgotten.
