Leader: "That zombie horde will be here in 4 days; just enough time for you builders to build a farm so maybe we won't starve to death, and get back here in time to help defend the fort." Builders: "No. We're going on strike." Leader: "Seriously?... Okay, get back here so we don't starve AND get overrun." Game: "Every goddamn builder has died of starvation."
