DEVELOPER SAID (on calculations):culture power = (W * A * J * I)^(1/4) where W = wealth, A = availability, J = Joy, and I = identity. Isn't that a unneccessarily complicated formula if all 4 are weighted the same? (W+A+J+I)/4 would yield a comparable and simpler result? or is there a different reasoning for this. I only thought that a simpler calculation would help here, seeing the game hab many variables and calculations in place
