you should be able to sell cards, that you have more then 1 :) cuz later everyone has got tones of useless commons and no money.

in lvl 9 defend yout island as long as you can and get as many buildings as you can, when you see that you have lost all your ground units just take your battlecrusers behind the island and shoot firstenly all ranged units and ships and then tanks. build new battlecrusers all the time and soon you will have like 10 battlecrusers and enemy will have like 4 corvette ships and it is quite gg at that moment :)
