For those who are confused about how to proceed from the start of the game, this what you have to do: - Go north one screen - Confirm through all dialogue and read the hint: "There must be something around here I can use to work my way through..." - Go back down and turn right of the thick growth/bushes down the sandy path - Go up the stairs turn left then up another pair of stairs - Pick up the Stick on the "pillar" with SPACE BAR - Open your inventory, left click the Stick and click "Equip" - Proceed back to the bushes and use the action button/SPACE BAR Now you can proceed through the first part of the game.
