The Hogquartz level does have enough books, but it's possible to create too many of one type of building. If that happens, decraft the building using the decraft item next to it. After you complete the Strongs Isle level, then all levels open up.

Yes. All of it was made in scratch. The graphics, the programming. However, the sounds are not.
