Still one of the greatest games on Kongregate. Wish it was on Steam

There's a prequel, too: Stuck in a Muddle With You.

I completed the hard badge on run 004 with ~3500% cost/income prestige and ~4000% mana from water/earth runes; then idled with occasional logins for several weeks to reach 400 water. Best advice is to click on the button several times really fast when choosing your end-run bonus, which lets you get it 2-3 times.

Just lost my months of progress as well as Kreds upgrades. It was a fun game though, no regrets.

I think there was an impossible badge too, for getting all the achievements, which I did because this game was just so much fun!

@Arcanmster It also awards retroactively (that's how I got it), probably based on the Shock & Awe achievement in game.

You can use bolt scrolls for the badge if you win 5 career games -- that gets you one free game with premium features. Level 18 is impossibly high though. I love the game and have put in lots of time over the past month, but only just reached 14 with my highest hero.

Best part of this game is the top comments.

I seem to be stuck on the piano, and nobody wants my pie!

20 levels would have been a good hard badge. 21 would be a good impossible badge.

Damn. Just when I start thinking there aren't any good games on this site anymore, this shows up all beautiful and sad and sweet and real. You've done a lot with some funky words and a little music and a few pixels. Thanks for that.

Easy way to win on most levels: Build up impale and swarm on the frost rune, and buy the fire pengo (fire 3). The frost will stop walkers and ranged attacks, and the pengo will blast flyers and walkers who sneak close. Just don't forget to resummon him once he leaves!

I think I'm beginning to understand why the Amazons failed to win the battle in the prologue.

My favorite thing in this game is being able to walk away from people while they're blabbing to me.

Aha! Finally figured out the secret to level 20. All done now. :)

Yay! This is a more than worthy sequel to one of my favorite puzzlers ever. Similar play, cooler graphics.

This game is amazing! Beautifully produced, great music and atmosphere, and honest-to-God somehow I'm learning my way around some pretty important philosophical arguments. In 5.5 years on this site I've never seen anything like it.

High-five to whoever named the badge.

Very challenging music/rhythm game, both because each level is instadeath and because it lacks the usual cues as to when you're allowed to press the buttons. Don't give up before trying relaxed mode, which gives you a better chance to appreciate the melody without dying twenty times first.

This game is just wonderful. Very difficult but never impossibly frustrating, a nice combination of fingers and puzzliness, and a brilliant theme. Good music too, and I love the sound effects.
