is the warlock not unlockable, cuz i can't unlock it even reaching the requirements, is this supposed to be happening?

i cant believe this! i spent alot of time playing this game and upgrading and now it restarts the process! i was almost in the end!

i cant play it keeps saying ''connecting'' and it doesnt connect... can someone help me!? i really want to play this game!!!
