I like 11/0/17 trip fireball+smite spam. And you have the choice of judgment(+imp jud) or heal(+imp heal) or of course a mix of the two.

Scroll wheel still moves my page, not sure if that's an issue on my end, but it's somewhat annoying if it's on kong/game end
