I try to connect to the game and it always stops loading when it reaches up to the screen when it says "Loading Game" Can you fix this?

Can you fix the lag please? Because when i was on a raid, everything just froze and my Fighter was still searching and it froze for 1 minute and then the mission ended and now my fighter is injured! Its unfair..

There Should be crawlers and zombie bosses,i dont know what we should add in ._. Also we need to fix the crash glitch because i was on a raid and then it crashed and then i didn't get anything and there away for 2 hours so please fix that.
