The one which looks like a target, at least.. the small red symbol next to it, I have no clue.

@ready2game Do you mean the ones which appear very briefly while attacking a monster? Not 100% sure but I think it's got something to do with the calculation for if your characters attack hits or misses. As the symbol next to the numbers should be the one for accuracy if I'm not mistaken.
