THE EXTRAS ARE NOT ON AGAIN!!!!! come on guys this is a serious problem.

I upgraded in the game for increased fire power etc. my power went out. when I logged back in I had no "permanent" increases. WTF?!? I need to be compensated for the $30 in Kreds I had to purchase. 200 Kreds!!! Also, I don't receive any SAS dollars after levels either.
