How do you construct buildings?

We need to be able to queue spells. As in Use Gods hand, save up for call to arms, and then fire off tax collection until GH runs out, for example. Spell automation/ customized usage. It can be an upgrade, but it needs to be there.

Wow. Game Glitch. Once I killed Akron and continued playing with all weapons and no level limit, I respawned right next to Akron Again and did the whole game BACKWARDS. From Volcano Peak back to the town. Weird.
