I did not give permission for this upload, I in fact said no. For some reason Banko123 completely ignored my request for him to not upload it here. I told him I have an account and if I uploaded, I would do it on my account. not cool....

thanks for the suggestions. I have another fish game I'm making with a scrolling background in AS2, so I'll just convert that code to AS3. I can also make the fish move from random location to random location or in patterns - maybe schools of small fish. It'll have to be Disco Fish 2 though, cause I have a few other games I want to get to a playable state in AS3.

Sullimart - I filled the gap on the bottom with some fish and the worms are now more towards the middle of the screen. I also increased the rate at which health depletes.
