how much more is in the steam version?

The "ending" on the prototype is about half of the story — Steam/iOS/Android version continues on from here, introducing new mechanics and traveling to 3 more planets. + a kick-ass sound track too.
how can i change my build without restarting?
there is a reset button in the skills tab in the lowest part, you can change builds for skills and not the stats
