You just need to make it so that it doesn't pause when we change tabs so that I can quickly check other idle games while I wat on AP or HP :)

All about the money. I thought it was a good idea but it focuses and pushes monetization onto you. Not only that it takes 24 hours for a major building to be done... Except the worker will vanish at some point forcing you to restart the full 24 hours again. Or spend money for gems to speed it up. This game is all about pulling as much cash from you as possible. No love in it.

Why not allow us options to manually set our AI parameters? Maybe add it to floor 20 as i've spent hours playing and i'm still trying to achieve it, but damn i wish i could manually set my AI to heal at set health or be able to target as well
