Game is actually pretty easy. I only have difficulty with extreme, not cause it's hard, but because getting 85% immune means keeping 85% alive, which is hard. You can just close all airports+seaports+borders, but that leaves you with no money!

Good Tip as well here 1. You can Close a hospital if a state: - Has everyone/nearly everyone immunised AND - Isn't Infected AND Re-open if it gets infected. This tactic can save you about $5k dollars a day.

EASY STRATEGY! 1. Press go for 30 days. 2. Take off all the lethality symptoms. Take off human only from transmissions. 3. Buy all transmissions except human only. 4. Wait until every region is infected. When every region is infected, buy as many lethalities as you can. Click Go until you finish!

If Madagascar closes its borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7)Buy all four drug resistances, sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8)After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9)Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhoea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. 10) Wait until everyone dies.
