Also, why not have XP events? Like for a few days you get X% of XP. And have them a few times a month.

Why not add accessories to your character? Like Borderlands did with class mods where you can enhance specific parts of your character and have certain builds for them, and make them boost a skill to a certain amount. Seems like a good idea, but it's only a suggestion.
