What is going on with kong games I still can't get a full page , chat is still not working Can you guys fix this problem its just not me who is having a problem with this

After 2 hours of trying to get a full page & chat is still not working either. this screen should be reduced to 1/3 its size , This could be one reason we don't have enough people playing these games . We don't have this problem on kanoplay please fix
