some skills dont count the -8 effect in an odd way, they let you use the skill with -8 tiles than before, but they subtract the regular tile number, sometimes you're left with a negative number of tiles for a character(ex: you have 27 tiles and use anger upgraded, which costs 26 to use, but after you use it, the barbarian is left with -7 tiles!)
