I am using Chrome. If you stop the game, but keep it loaded, you can restart it and resume. But if you close it and come back later, it won't save. Tried it in Chrome, Firefox and Edge, same deal in all.

I saved my game and when I restarted it was NOT saved.

sorry, it seems it is a firefox issue... I didn't find a workarround for now but µi'm still looking for one.... Try playing with chrome, it should work
