Wow, all the frustration of getting a real drunk to commit simple tasks, but none of the mess of them puking on the rug and needing to be checked for vital signs when they pass out. It's like a dream come true! Actually, it is fun. And addicting. I can't seem to stop playing.

The trouble with this game is that a lot of it is left up to chance. I've had multiple occasions where I'll have murdered the poor guy, waited for the exit to appear, gone through the body alarm, and am right about to stop on a wide open exit panel when one guard randomly spins around without a wall or anything to influence it, catches me, and then they all just gang up. other times, the exit will open right next to where I was hiding. I don't like leaving my games 60% up to luck . Regardless, it's not a BAD game, persay. 3/5.

The ignore button appears to be broken when it comes to folks at the side of the road...

Unfortunately, unique controls do not necessarily equal GOOD controls. It was a valiant effort to give good control while allowing the varying speeds to dodge with the mouse, but the aiming wasn't accurate enough even then, and the varied speeds of the mouse don't do you much good against enemies spawning on your head, or waves of bullets far too fast and/or confusing (esspecially among waves of your own) to dodge effectively. It's all very congested and quickly becomes focused more on armour than dodging, completely beating the point... Also, the Engrish was cute for all of the first chapter. Not so much after. Overall, not terribly impressed. 3/5

Horribly broken, both in terms of bugs and balance, but the concept of an Side-scrolling shooter with RPG elements is quite intriguing.
It's pretty good... For a cannon game! (Oh snap!)

Er... That's it...? It's a good start, but it's really just a tutorial. You can't spend an entire game learning the basics on how to play a game. 3/5 seems reasonable for the gameplay potential so far, even if the game itself is lacking. Keep going.
Urg... There are so many bugs here that I'm just going to list them instead of giving a review of the game itself: If you hit an enemy and run behind them, they may follow you backwards and not attack. The rope guys fire when not in play at times. The melee weapon is broken, both in terms of gameplay and in the sense that if you change movement at all while using it, it stops the attack. The rope guys will sometimes lock on before a shot instead of after it, making them almost impossible to dodge. Coins will sometimes be uncollectable. The player can clip into the boss by swinging the melee weapon at him repeatedly. The boss' HP stays down if you try to attack him again. Sometimes the boss' attacks will overlap, causing you to get missiled while standing in between the lasers. 2/5. Beta test next time to avoid such a dreadfully unpolished product.

What a charming little game. :3 It could use more polish, and a bit more jump control would be nice, but what it has is all quite amusing with or without it. ^^
Heh. Short little science lesson, but a heck of a lot more fun than listening to my biology professor. It could use a lot more depth in most every way, though. More story, more science, more polished gameplay. It would all be nice, but for now, not a bad start.
As far as positives go, the control feels reactive, but it sometimes gives you a huge leap when you want a little push. There's lots of different enemies, but they seem out of difficulty order for appearance. Pure negatives: Power-ups will sometimes pop up like you hit a pinata, making the game too easy, then not show up for minutes on end. Some of the later arena colours are murder. The only two times I've died so far are due to running over black ooze at a later level. Achievements: There's a whole 78, but worry about quality than quantity. I unlocked 39 on my first run. Also, the biggest list of achievements in the game is for deaths? If you're ever going to do that, you've got to make sure that your game is either like Karoshi, where you're actually trying to die, or at least IWBTG difficulty. To summarize, it's very shiny, and kind of fun despite all of its faults, but not even close to worth the time or humiliation I'm expected to put into killing myself to get the achievements.

Well, some guns are unbalanced in terms of power, especially compared to cost, but it's still an enjoyable game with a charming steampunk feel to it. Also, the sheer selection of turrets is staggering, even if a lack of polish made many of them little more than novelties. 4/5 Also, to anyone reading this, it's completely unfair to rate low based only on the fact that it's a limited version. It's people that think like that that attribute to EA's slow devouring of the video game industry and successful selling of what comes comes out the other end.

Pretty good. A bit on the short side, though.

It's fun. It's somewhat unique. The R-P-S style platform gameplay was certainly something interesting. The desktop based environment is kind of amusing too. It is, however, a bit unpolished. For example, my boomerang is just making a wooshing noise and flying into infinity because I fell into a bed of spikes while it was in the air. More importantly, the controls for going up ladders, tail swinging, ETC. take a bit of getting used to because they just feel kind of unnatural. A steady climb feature instead of just flying up or down the ladder would be nice. All in all, though, I did like it. 4/5

It's not a particularly awful game. Some of the new modes are fun, most that seemed dull at first become fun once they level up and visa versa. My biggest complaint is that it is simply too glitchy. During my gameplay though what I think was most of the campaign, I saw enemy vehicles spawn in walls and just grind away until they exploded, one of the mobile manipulator's spheres get trapped in a wall behind me, multiple accounts of my projectiles getting stuck on enemies until either (or both) exploded, and more. Perhaps most annoyingly was that if I ever failed a mission, the music would set itself back on and I would have to go back to the options and turn if off again. 3/5 for the attempt. Next time, try getting a game tester before releasing, there was real potential if it weren't so badly broken.
