So this is probably a stupid question, but how do you earn money and where do you see it once you have it?

What about the "untouchable" in game badge or the impossible kongregate badge if you have a shield and lose it? Can you do that and not take any damage, or do you have to legitimately not get hit at all?

How do you get gold other than by buying it?
