You should be able to log in with your ninja kiwi account, so you can have the upgrade from there.

I had the game run over the night, when i refreshed my browser today i couldn't access my character, another refresh right after though seemed to fix this, so to all of you who can't play your characters, try refresh, not sure it works, but worth a try.

An advice to those of you who doesn't have a fast computer, right click on the screen(in game) and choose quality then low, you probably ain't going to look much on the game anyway ^^, Oh and SUPER GREAT to see the develepor answer that many comments, it shows you want something whit this game :) *Thumb's up* 5/5
