While I love games with a purpose, why can't they be fun to play as well?

I rated the game 5/5. Now to play it for the first time.

Everytime I finish a puzzle, I get a small pop-up saying "Congratulations!", my time, the puzzle without the grid, a noun, and the Close button. What is the meaning of the noun below the picture?

Anyone else not having game/chat load? I've tried on both Firefox and Chrome - and yes I do have the most updated version of Flash. On Chrome it says "Missing plug-in". Any ideas?
