There should be daily challenges to get cash. Like get 50 frags on Hangar deathmatch get 1 cash etc. why dont you show us all the prices instead of showing "NOT AVAILABLE" press plus if you guys agree :D Single player missions that gave a certain amount of money the harder the level is, say the easer levels give 50 coins and 50 xp, and so on would be nice
