Great game, but i can't get past the last level, lags unbelievably on the bit where you have to peek out. why only this bit?

My only complaint about this game is that whenever i kill an enemy die ot get to a checkpoint, my computer freezes for 3-5 seconds. otherwise a very enjoyable fun game. 4/5
