Without spending money you wont achieve anything with this game. The scaling system is totally unbalanced. The randomness brings a new touch to this genre but also makes it unplayable. THIS GAME IS PAY 2 WIN. Dont waste your time or money on it

selling drugs is dangerous, so other cartels and police should endanger the income. bigger drug stock => more bribes to the police ... otherwise random busts ... more dealers -> more danger from other cartels => more shooting required. Also there should be the possibility of soldiers -> auto shoot
