Why is one of the soundtracks so similar to Battlestar Galactica's Prelude to War?

Somtimes my Player doesn't do what I want. It's running other direktions or juming. Can annyone please help?

If I upgrade a unit its still the same person, but with better skills! Why does he need to lose every upgrade point I have spent then?

I use 1 healer to crush most of this game! Just upgrade speed very and dmg a little!
