okay, wt---? playing lvl 33, it seems apparent that you need to hit the blue ball and the torch with your first launch. i can do that. so, then you need to get the blue ball to go down the narrow "tube", yes? took a lot of tries, and i finally thought i would succeed... but my blue ball didn't fit down the hole either. it sat up top, wedged in the opening, and after some amount of time, the game decided that i was done, and told me i'd failed and asked if i wanted to retry. if the blue ball doesn't fit, then how in the world is one supposed to get the 2nd torch? obviously people have done it. i dunno. this game is annoying anyway. like so many other "puzzle" games that are really more "keep trying 'til it works" games...

this game was nearly a lot of fun. but i found it overwhelmed by the frustration of .. the apparent lack of control? ranged combat seems to work quite well, but melee seems little more than a click-fest. there is neither a way to block melee attacks somewhat reliably, nor is there a way to get yours to land with any consistency. you just click a lot and hope that it works out in your favor.

the item, Twisted Bone Rod, has an error / typo in its stats. it says "+5 int +5foc +10ene +5hp +5ene" in equipping the item, it looks like one of those +5s should be vit.

i expected this to be a great hit with me. it hasn't turned out that way. i think this is a case of less is more. in Loops, i actually played it like a logic puzzle. this is too cluttered, and too complex. i logic the edges, and then just click the inner pieces to match up. i do still like this somewhat, and the tracks are way pretty, but after playing for a while, i think i have to admit that this just isn't as good of a game as LoZ.

game concept is pretty cool. but it has some definite issues, as well as some ergonomic issues. i've had my fleet of ships fly randomly way off the map, never to be seen again. but they don't go away when there's no money, and they hold fleet count. so i've had to do some missions entirely without ships. and -then- i finish, but it doesn't recognize that i'm the only person alive. or something. maybe it thinks a computer has a ship in flight still, too... lag makes the already irritating task of selecting the planets you want even more aggravating, and got to the point that i right-clicked to change quality, and it hung my web browser; i had to nuke it from task manager.

there -is- a way to turn sound off: while playing a match, click the options. music and effects are both there, and it carries over. since you didn't give us instructions except for the tutorial, it would be nice if the tutorial told us all the rules. such as you can only have 6 creatures. it would also be nice to be able to see what your current power max is, as well as your opponent's.

i really liked the game, but it does have its problems. aside from what i've -seen- mentioned: 1) i'd really like a log of some sort, or a discard pile: half the time when my opponent does something, i can't figure out -what- he's done. i can determine the end result, if i've memorized the game state before he goes. 2) not sure if this is intentional: Temporary Recall prevents creatures from healing, attacking, or blocking until they've been back in play for a full cycle.

yes, there are parts of this game that are chaotic, but still based more or less on skill. but there are parts where you really have no control over how successful you are, and that's going to drive some players away. [and before anyone tells me to turn on "unlimited bombs"... i ought not -need- to cheat to get through. if i should have more bombs for this, then it should give me more bombs for this.]

okay. i was enjoying this game for a while. and when i read through a few comments where people whined about it being luck, i agreed with their opponents, figuring that people were just not placing things well. then i get to levels like 36, "solid stuff", where it takes a dozen resets or more just to get a shot through the wooden walls. or the one that's really irked me now, lvl 40, "polar ride"... no. it -really- isn't my fault that when the 2nd tnt blows up, it triggers the 3rd as well. nor is it my fault when half the chutes don't take me all the way around like they should. or when i'm ready to place my 3rd bomb, and i can tell it isn't going to work because my guy is under the overhang. or after i blow that one right, and the tnt bouncing me back into itself stops my progress. or when, in one try out of 30, i actually make it past there, the last tnt doesn't push me far enough. (the one time it actually did, i had used an extra bomb @#3.)

i'm uncertain whether this is intended or not: my opponent played Yog and made me insane. i acquired schizophrenia. i discarded a City in order to remove the insanity before it rid me of my arcane & elder, but to no avail. i did regain sanity, but lost my power anyway.

neat game, i'm having fun with it. biggest thing i've noticed that i consider an issue is that monsters don't always attack. both comp's and mine. no damage, no 0, no nothing, it just ignores the fact that the monster is there.

here's a bug that i've come across more than once: the world develops a vaccine, and deploys it. it doesn't work. they start work on a new one. ... but the new one is never deployed. once you resist 1 vaccine, you're golden. (except, of course, that by that time the world has -LONG- since locked themselves in their basements...)

great game. i love it. haven't gotten to the epic just yet... minor ergonomic tweak: i'd swap the alphabetical hotkeys for Create Gem and Combine Gems. the important part of Combining is Combine, so that's the letter that i reach for. G for Gem for Create Gem strikes me as intuitive enough.

"congratulations" is not spelled with a D. i loved the game, very cool idea. lots of cool tracks possible. managed to beat it on my own. :D

enjoyable game. one slight display issue; when playing a 1-shot versus match, if both players use the same race, then the progress bar at the top is a solid color. there's no delineation, no distinction between where one side's ends and the other begins.

oh. that's how you lose a life. ... and _that's_ what happens when you _do_. ... well, the concept is pretty cool. i actually played it through to .. well, i dunno. level 5, is it? i enjoy the logic puzzle, but it really does take too long. neat concept, good implementation, but it just doesn't fly very well.

there is a menu button. push Esc or P to pause, and there are options to mute sound and music, as well as the option to quit. ..

i'm not sure what the issue is here, but my feats aren't being saved from one session to the next. even using the same browser window in a fresh new tab makes me restart from scratch. the badge is impossible enough as it is. but i have to do it all in one sitting? no way.

when levelling up a mage, it seems that the "Projected Change" window is not always accurate. specifically, i've noticed that upgrading to lvl 6 (1 +5levels of generalist) the window predicts +0 to range, but after upgrading, the wizard obviously does have the +range.
