For some reason, I don't get the IMBA achievement when I do exactly 150 damage to a level 10 enemy with a regular attack, one-shotting it. Is this a bug, or do I have to do damage in excess of it's max HP?

This should work, to be sure your talents aren't hitting also, you should respec to turn them all off.
