There should be some sort of ranks that display next to the players name.. for example: There are 6 ranks in the game. The first 3 are bought with fame and the last 2 is gold.. and the last rank can be bought with real money..

I think you really should automatically give the player a t9+ item when he reaches level 20?

Expensive, Low ammo+Fire rate RPG's would be nice

I think there should be a PvP arena (PvP means player vs player)..
