What determines the final score? Tea Crates? Opium Crates? Silver?

I get the Family tab with the message "You have loaded a custom family" but I cannot see where to fight them?

Finally got Fat Cat Gold: Using Level 19, after many failures on Level 20.

How many plants/trucks are people using to get Fat Cat Gold? I find it hard to manage more than 4/16.
