Why don't you get any money from survival mode?

The quests need higher cash rewards.

One strategy is to just use hammer- and swordsmen. Max them out along with the archers and catapults.

My ingame achievements aren't registering

To fix the missing character/wall bug: Click save and go back to lobby. Then load the game, your character will be outside the map(you'll still be able to see it) then move the character to a doorway that'll take you to a new map. Should work proper now.

2 seals, save and quit, come back on and now my character's gone and can't do anything. Great

Using a revive item will bug up the game.
