Okay, i feel like that was too negative, the game is actually very fun to play, the look simply reminds me of kingdom rush, which isn't a bad thing, and its also just a personal opinion. Great job on this one!

I wont compare the game to kingdom rush game-play wise, but you cannot deny that the art style is very similar, perhaps too much.
