Why did I lose the PVP match when my opponent did not move?

Nierco, there's been an update. "Updates 12/30/08 – ALL 44 LEVELS ARE NOW ACE-ABLE. There are three levels that require 2 shots to complete, on these levels, 2 shots will result in an ace status."
