For upgrades, if I don't have the money, please make money red. If it's UP, make UP red please. I want to be brainless.
Navigation Bug: Go to lab. Can go to red lab, cannot go back. Have to close red lab and open lab again.

I only had one hero at the time I beat the boss. I'm very disappointed that I got the multishot (especially now that I've read comments and found the other perks). I'm also very disappointed that you can't train after beating the boss.

Game gets very laggy after buying 100 items... text scrolling and icons moving. Might want to cut down on some of it. It's a very basic idler-type game. Definitely would be cool to see a new game come from this one. Basically you create the items and then use those resources to equip your army, or a different game where you sell the items to different nations and have minor adjustments to influence wars.
Yeah, noticed the lag, trying to fix that now, we may do that :) thanks for the comments and ideas :D Changed the game to Web Player Build, seems to be a lot more stable.

For the managers, maybe you could employ different managers for different stats. Maybe a manager who just gets it auto-set, then later choosing between a manager who increases speed and a manager who increases profitability.

In response to the time... if you fixed it so that there is no way for a completely vertical ascent or descent - this would stop the loop and the time wouldn't be such an issue.
The PA (flappy) logic i added should fix issues with loops

I like the concept, but the font is terrible and the time limit is a bad idea. Make it to where the ball doesn't get stuck as often (rounded corners... nothing flat except the paddle). Make it more breakout-ish.
