Everything is free.

Can we get an option where if the character is say level 6 and you have buy 10 levels, it just buys 4 levels so then the character is now level 10. It then continues that wait so now the character is level 10 and it will buy 10 levels or if I have buy 100 selected it will buy 90 levels to be level 100 then it will buy 100 levels.

Why do your Trophies/Achievements reset, when you Prestige?

My character keeps going to my mouse, making it impossible to avoid enemies.

What do you do after finishing the entire game, since you can't continue to reset for a higher money multiplier.

The Two Handed, Shield and Dual Wield skill trees are all swapped with each other.

Can we get it so it buys up to the nearest tenth, 25th. 50th and 100th? I hate starting with one then having to upgrade 9 times, then 10 then 25 then 50 then 100.
