Fails to run outright. I get to the kongregate launchpad logo, and the button to "start" or "start muted", but pushing either of those just goes to a blank black screen that stays blank. Running Firefox on Ubuntu. Works fine with most other games on kongregate, both Flash and Unity (not quite all, have had this happen once or twice before).

1/5. Good concept, has a lot of promise, but is buggy to the point of worthlessness. Half the time my creatures just sit there and die because they can't be bothered to do their jobs. No disabling status effects, no enemies with defensive abilities, they just randomly sit there not attacking.

I made it to king kuhn without once dying, not even coming close, but now on that fight, every time i get close to winning, the controls just lock out entirely and my guy just stands there and takes the beating til he dies.

The rusty nail does not work. At all. There's probably a pixel somewhere that's in its collision box, but i've been unable to find it in well over a hundred tries on all different parts of the blob, and a few more in various spots nearby but off the actual sprite itself.

I'm at the very start of the game. No possible way for anything I've done to have screwed me up, because I haven't done anything yet. And already I have zero option to advance. There's only two things I can do: pull a lever that does nothing, and use a telescope that just shows me another picture with nothing to do in it but leave the telescope. It doesn't matter what clues I may be missing, because even if I knew absolutely everything about everything, there's no option to act on that knowledge.

the controls keep just cutting out, completely non-responsive, then come back a bit later. unplayable.

With the initial scrolling intro text, it just keeps scrolling the same text over and over. It says "click anywhere to skip", but I've clicked all over the place, and it still just keeps scrolling that same text.

DOA. once I got through the splash screens, and the actual game loaded, it's completely non-responsive. space bar does nothing, there's nothing obvious to click on, and clicking about randomly did nothing.

fell through map on, i think, the 3rd or 4th level. could not continue game.

-2 because inability to turn off the music without silencing the entire computer is flatly inexcusable. would have been 4 star otherwise.

on the opening menu, with "new character", "load character", etc, the game is totally non-responsive: i can click all i like on "new character", or any of the other options, and nothing happens.

minus 2 stars for lacking any indication whatsoever how that challenge is doing, and another 2 for the outrageous amount of grinding necessary to progress through the campaign
