So, uh...what's the point to skill levels?

Every 20 points gets you an extra harvest for a successful growth :) i.e. higher skill, greater return.

Didn't get past tutorial because I looked at the employees info and then the info screen wouldn't close. I couldn't click on anything. Finally, I fired the employee but then I was screwed because the tutorial continued but I had no employee to finish the tutorial and it wouldn't let me hire another one.
