@ClubEddy you are absolutely right i never actually read anything of the medical stuff writing down all you do is button-mash your mouse by clicking thriugh the "books" and examination-options to match some terms with or without much thinking together to make a "professional" Diagnosys so that you earn a crappy loan in the end which you first have to accumilate after hours of work to waste it on more click-masching in the end. I felt more like playing a bad drawn sim-date >_>
