For me it's just a white screen T.T I'm on Firefox, I tried Opera but it keeps telling me to download Unity even though I already have it (Uninstalled and Installed again) T.T

I downloaded MaD a time ago, and if I download it again, will I get the 50+ weapon pack?
Yes. There's no updater or anything so you'll have to redownload it manually. I'll always put news on MaD2 social media for news when to download updates.
