Biography:
Not much is known prior to his enrolment in the Elven Forest Troop, at age 41. Almalyx was promoted quickly in the troopers; the recognition from many campaigns, defending Human, Elven and Dwarven interests over a period of 38 years.
His most famous feat was leading the defence of an outlying town (Carmin) against an undead horde. He spurred the troop of humans already stationed there into a stalwart defence and requisitioned the assistance of a group of dwarves and a former Paladin Chaplain. Despite the initial attack devastating the town, they kept the vile forces at bay for thirteen nights. Almalyx, had destroyed the enemy commander lich (Grae’Yor), in combat on the fourth day. This was accomplished during a successful but daring raid to source more food for the stronghold’s civilians. When the Cavalry arrived on the fourteenth day, the enemy we shattered against the fresh forces and the walls of the hold.
This heroic act earnt him a place in the Elite Royal Praetorianae. Where he served for 19 years, carrying out the most dangerous of tasks. Over this period, he became a formidable warrior, achieving the rank of Praetorianae Champion, awarded to him by the King Fylne Dorei.
Unfortunately, less than a year later his career ended, and he was exiled from the Kingdom of Caenore. There are no records as to the events leading up to him being stripped of his honours. However, there are reports of great deeds that he has carried out since his exile.
