Click on a tower on the sidebar. Before placing it, right click anywhere on the game map, then left click where you want to place the tower. Using that, you can place the tower anywhere, including on the track.

Easy number guessing game strategy: Guess 50,000. If it's too high, guess 25,000. If 50k is to low, guess 75,000. Continue to divide the numbers by 2 until you get into a 10-20 medium.
