Some people have been all "i did 100% and didn't get the medal" - Yeah, though I had this to, you may have mis-pressed once. It doesn't take you down a notch on your 'cool'-o-meter or whatever it's called, but it affects your score and the perfects are based on getting 100% possible score, not 100% possible notes. Hope that helps to sum up a bit =p

JUST got the impossible badge. Word of advise to others trying to do it? Be prepared to rage quit if you're prone to such a thing.
