I see frost master as a disadvantage when trying to kill shamans in hard mode. if you use fear to shaman and then freeze him shaman unfreeze faster than would get rid of fear. you cant kill shaman with only frostbolt and fear you need some other spells too because you need about 8 frostbolts to kill shaman. would be good if you could stack fear effect so it would continue after enemy unfreeze. freeze last 3 seconds and fear effect 8 seconds.
